Once cancelled:

  • Your subscription remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
  • You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your plan.

2. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods.
  • Unused features or time left in a subscription.
  • Plans cancelled mid-cycle.

However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Accidental duplicate payments.
  • Technical issues on our end preventing service use.

3. Plan Changes

Upgrading or downgrading plans may adjust your billing amount.

Prorated charges or credits may apply depending on your new plan.

4. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

In such cases, refunds will not be provided.
